In your weight loss consultation, our Sports Dietitian will emphasize whole foods and key nutrients as the first line of defense in helping you optimize body composition, increase lean muscle mass & decrease abdominal fat. Your nutrition plan will be tailored to your individual lifestyle (even if you don’t cook for yourself!) and address deficiencies in other major contributors to your health, such as sleep quality, stress reduction and movement. Our dietary guidance is also designed to improve your cardiovascular health profile and reduce inflammation.

- Detailed assessment of your 1-week food journal to uncover behaviors and targeted areas for change
- Precise goal setting to implement the changes identified
- Calculation of your energy needs for weight loss, targeted macronutrient ratios and protein needs according to your age and physical activity
- Advising and/ or suggestions about any nutrition supplements you currently use
- Review of current labs
