The orthopedic Dr was great a determining what was going on and that I did not need surgery and I should try a cortisone shot (which I will try). She and her team did not discuss the side affects of taking the cortisone shot so unsure what side affects there are. The team that helped me was great.

Dr. Edwards did a fantastic job on my torn meniscus. Right off she said I didn't need surgery if my symptoms weren't limiting, saying I could do PT instead and see how it goes.
